I found this wine to have a very citrusy, zesty bouquet. Along with the zest though was a distinct hospital-like smell, which threw me off a bit. In the mouth I found it to be rather tannic, especially for a white, and a little hot. The complexity of this wine was perhaps a bit much for me, and made it difficult for me to pick out specific flavors, because it was so overwhelming.
