Excited to try my first Bordeaux I eagerly examined the light yellow color and crisp bouquet it presented. Light apricot and pear flavors filled my palate with this very light-bodied Sauvignon Blanc. However, unfortunately I did not enjoy it as much as I thought I would. I found it to be less crisp than other Sauv Blancs I have tried, and had an unpleasant, lingering bitterness to it. Glad to have tried, but would likely not drink this Bordeaux again.
