A very pale, straw color with a bouquet of fresh pears and floral tones, this wine caught my attention right away. On the palate, its crispness was very inviting and I enjoyed the tartness it brought along with the very light body feel in my mouth. It was very smooth and had a refreshing fresh finish. I'd like to try this wine with some seafood appetizers or perhaps a light white sauce pasta dish.
