I found this wine to be very different than any other I have ever tried. I had a hard time describing it, both the bouquet and mouthfeel. I wish I had gotten a chance to read these tasting notes prior to trying it, because I then would've had something to look for. As I mentioned in another blog, I really enjoy both Indian and Thai cuisine, so I will keep this wine in mind for the next time I plan to eat a meal of spicy Asian foods.
